Just apply all the questions to your uni as if it were a person. Some things will apply mostly to your own course, not the uni in general.

For example:

5) Do I drink too much alcohol?

How often do you see people completely hammered, get woken up by drunken singing, etc.

15) Am I interesting to talk to?

Is your course interesting? (Duh.)

18) How is my personal hygiene?

How dirty is the place?
